We understand that project plans can change. To ensure clarity for both parties, HOLLIDAY’s cancellation policy is as follows:Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled before any design or production work starts, any deposits or prepayments will be refunded minus any non-recoverable expenses.Project Cancellation During Work: If a project is canceled after work has begun, clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. This includes design, concept development, and any materials or production costs already incurred.Murals & Site Work: For mural projects requiring on-site preparation or installation, cancellations must be communicated at least 14 days in advance to avoid additional charges related to scheduling, materials, or labor.Deposit Policy: All projects require a deposit to secure scheduling. Deposits are partially or fully non-refundable depending on project type and materials already committed. Specific terms are outlined in each project proposal.We encourage clients to communicate changes as early as possible so we can adjust timelines, resources, and expectations effectively.
